I was created to create and that is what I intend to do. I was frozen artistically for quite some time but I am being chipped away to find my true identity as an artist, a person. I love to learn and try new things. Sometimes I want to do everything but now I am trying to focus on at least no more than a couple medium. I have a rare condition called Scleroderma which has been a gift and a curse for me, especially when it comes to art. It is a very painful disease that means "hardening of the skin". Much like arthritis, Scleroderma affects my joints as well as my organs. The curse is that I get worn out quickly, my hands are not what they once were and I am constantly being held back from doing all that I would like to do. The gift is that I have the time most would envy to be able to work on my craft and the journey I have been on while dealing with Scleroderma has given me a new perspective on everything. It brought me to a point where I wanted to completely give up but instead I chose to give my battles and my life to my Father in Heaven. He is my champion and my inspiration so I give Him all the credit. All I want to do is inspire hope to others, the same hope He gives me daily.
